The machine is integrated by a huge-type vane mixer for high-viscosity substance mixing and a mini-type strong-snipping homogeneous mixer high-speed mixing.
There is a scraper around outside the vane mixer, which can scrape the inner wall of the vessel and make treated liquid keep the producing new interfaces.
The scraped treated liquid will get mixed and flow downward to the position where the homogeneous mixer below the vessel can effect, after snipped, compressed and folded by fixed vane and rotary vane.
The mixing part of homogeneous mixer is made up of special marine engine with high rotate speed and stator that works as radiating baffle board. The pressure difference between the engine bottom and top surface produced by high-speed rotation of the engine just takes effect like a running pump, which will keep absorbing treated liquid upwards. The treated liquid absorbed to the stator, will be granuled, separted and spurt out rom the spout on the upside.
Just as stated above, for the homogeneous mixer and the vane mixer have respective features and supplement each other, the machine can achieve double effect and is good for emulsification and mixing of the high-granularity substance.
